The dataset includes all Form TTW and Form TTW/A filings submitted to EDGAR from February 2002 through May 2014, after which the submission type was superseded by the adoption of Regulation A+ in June 2015. Form TTW/A filings represent amendments to previously submitted materials. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files.
