The dataset includes all Form SP 15D2 and SP 15D2/A filings submitted to EDGAR from May 1996 to present. SP 15D2/A filings represent amendments to previously filed special financial reports. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files. Each filing typically contains audited financial statements for the registrant's most recently completed fiscal year, presented in the format prescribed by the form appropriate for the registrant's annual reports, along with any required certifications and supplemental
