The dataset includes all Form NT 15D2 and Form NT 15D2/A filings submitted to EDGAR from February 1994 to present. Form NT 15D2/A filings represent amendments to previously submitted notifications. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files.
