For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files. Each filing typically contains information identifying the successor issuer, a description of the succession transaction, the classes of securities being registered, and relevant exhibits such as the corporate charter, bylaws, or instruments defining the rights of security
