The dataset includes all Form 40-8F-B and Form 40-8F-B/A filings submitted to EDGAR from March 2000 until the form was discontinued in August 2002, after which these applications were consolidated under submission type 40-8F-2. Form 40-8F-B/A filings represent amendments to previously submitted applications. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files.
