The dataset includes all Form 35-APP and Form 35-APP/A filings submitted to EDGAR from October 1995 until the form was discontinued following the repeal of PUHCA 1935 in February 2006. Form 35-APP/A filings represent amendments to previously filed statements. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files.
